GRACENOTES: GRACE IS BACK at the 28th International Beaches Jazz Fest

It has been a busy couple months for the ladies of GRACE.  Pride gigs at the Eton and The Duke(check our video page for clips from this fab gig) and a trip to Collingwood to headline Jazz and Blues at The Station. A great outdoor gig- with temps in the high 30's....it was a hot one, folks! We had them up dancing in the grass. Check out the pics and vid clip below

Wednesday eve Grace played our first gig in Collingwood at The Station for the Collingwood Jazz and Blues Society. What a great venue: Outdoors. CN train cars as the stage backdrop. The audience groovin' in their lawn chairs, or up dancing and Mae right out there with them. The setting was complete with a booth from local brewery, Sidelaunch . You gotta play here!

What gig would be complete without a trip to a local restaurant for an after gig meal?! Off we went to The Iron Skillet with the gang. A great time had by all!

Thanks to Frank McNulty for arranging the whole thing, Ben for doing a fantastic job on sound. Stu and Gus, and Marni Grossman (marnigrossman.com) for taking amazing pix!
